- Material to be conveyed: Pins
- Capacity: Approx. 40 parts/minute
- Absolute repeat accuracy of every individual system
- Approx. 70 different product types
- System can be quickly changed to other part types
IMPLEMENTATION
Customer series machine should be equipped with reproducible feeding systems.
This also includes a fast as well as simple conversion to other product types. In this case, CAD-designed polyamide vibration bowls are used. Constructed sorting elements, also in 3D-printed design, round off the system.
