REQUIREMENTS
- Material to be conveyed: Metal plates
- Capacity: Approx. 200-300 parts/minute
- The products are checked for "burr formation" and dimensional tolerance to 5 hundredths.
IMPLEMENTATION
The metal plates are checked for dimensional tolerance by the customer. The challenge hereby was that NOK parts also may not cause system malfunctions. This is prevented by our own know-how and products can be checked on the customer's glass plate system with no problem.

REQUIREMENTS
- Capacity: Approx. 40 parts/minute
- Part range: Approx. 500 part types
- Part range: Approx. 500 part types
- Check for mixing and length measurement with subsequent sorting
IMPLEMENTATION
Clamps are checked for dimensional tolerance.
All bolt types should be checked for part mixing and sorted with minimum setup time. The type differences are in the tenths range.
Despite part protection, stockpiling of approx. 2 h was required here.
