Hopper feeding systems, BZS 30 / 50 / 70
Hopper feeding systems, BZS, are closed noise-protected compact devices for storing, feeding and sorting mass-produced parts.
A need-optimized hopper capacity, high weight loadability, small space requirement as well as highly effective capacity thanks to frictionless material flow are the advantages of this series. Hopper feeding systems (BZS) with the automatic, smooth feeding of production systems are essential modules for production automation.
- Suitable for the correctly positioned feeding of small to medium-sized workpieces and vibration bowls from Ø 200 to 700 mm
- Hopper volumes from approx. 12 – 100 liters Hopper filling weight 50-150 kg
- Integrated noise protection with small space requirement and design which is functional as well as extremely aesthetic
- All-around access by means of vertical sliding door elements (for BZS-30, top section can be folded up)
Hopper feeding systems, BZS 55 / 75 / 100
Similar to the BZS-30/50/70 series, but produced as a rectangular unit in aluminum profile design, with accessibility from up to 3 sides.
- Suitable for the correctly positioned feeding of small to large workpieces and vibration bowls up to a diameter of approx. 1000 mm
- Hopper volume of approx. 37 – 170 liters
- Hopper filling weight max. 150 kg

- Access from up to 3 sides
Belt hopper, series BB

Inclined conveyor, SF series
Inclined conveyors increase the autonomy of downstream sorting systems and make filling with workpieces easier thanks to the low filling height. Inclined conveyors (SF) from fimotec-fischer are suitable for the stockpiling and dosed feeding of light, high-volume and entangled workpieces.

Small inclined conveyor, SF-KFB series
Small inclined conveyors increase the autonomy of downstream sorting systems and make the filling with workpieces easier thanks to the low filling height. Small inclined conveyors are an economical solution with a small space requirement and low filling height.

Horizontal hopper system, BBKK series
The BBM series is essential for long hold-back times in combination with heavy products. The ideal solution together with the usually following SFK-30.
